Room Cleaning Policy

Dear Guest,In order to ensure maximum comfort and high-quality service during your stay at Hotel Anna, we would like to inform you about the cleaning schedule for the rooms and the guidelines for the proper use of shared spaces.

Check-out and Cleaning Schedule

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:30 AM. This allows our staff to carry out cleaning and preparation activities for incoming guests.

In case of a scheduled room change, luggage must be packed by this time to facilitate the transfer.
The move must be coordinated with the reception staff to ensure proper organization of all related activities.


Cleaning Hours

Cleaning is carried out daily from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.


To allow our staff to properly clean the room, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 12:30 PM.
Afternoon housekeeping service is not available.


Rooms with Pets

If you are staying with pets, please inform the reception before the cleaning service. Pets must not be present in the room during cleaning.


Linen Change

Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Towels are replaced daily, unless otherwise requested.
For special requests, please contact the reception.


Environmental Responsibility

To promote energy saving and sustainability, we kindly ask for our guests' cooperation:

  • Towels to be replaced should be left on the floor or in the bidet.
  • Towels left on the towel rack will not be replaced.

Air Conditioning Policy

For energy efficiency, the air conditioning must not be left on when guests are not in the room. Additionally, for proper air conditioning operation, windows and balcony doors must be closed. Sensors are installed to automatically deactivate the system if they remain open.


Mosquito Repellent Devices

Each room is equipped with mosquito repellent devices. Additional refills can be requested from the hotel staff.


Use of Spaces and Additional Services

If needed, a kettle can be requested at the reception.
Unless otherwise specified, eating meals inside the room is not allowed.
